Dirt (Oreo) Pudding

• 2/3 package Oreo Cookies™ (crushed)
  
• 1 carton cool whip
  
• ½ stick butter, softened
  
• 1 8oz package of cream cheese
  
• 1 cup sugar
  
• 3 cups milk
  
• 1 large package instant chocolate or french vanilla pudding
  
  Mix cool whip, butter, cream cheese and sugar until well blended.
  Add milk and pudding. Put ½ of the Oreos™ on the bottom of a
  9" x 13" cake pan. Spread the cool whip mixture in the middle.
  Add the rest of the crushed Oreos™ on the top. Refrigerate.
