ingredients

There are hundreds of different ingredients you can use to make natural skin care and hair care products. The list below is not exhaustive, but contains the ingredients we have in our recipes on our website. As you experiment with making your own products you can add to this list of ingredients for yourself. It's good to test these products to make sure they don't cause any irritation to your skin. Just because they are natural products does not mean that some people may have an allergic reaction to them.

Since these products are natural, they do not have as long a shelf life as commercial brands. If anything ever begins to smell rancid or sour, discard it immediately.
