There
are many different things you can do for home made bath and shower
products. From shower gels to milk baths, choose from the recipes
below and find what works for you best.
After
showering or bathing, it is best to 'pat'
dry as oppose to wiping dry. This way more water soaks into your
skin and you can apply a lotion right away after 'patting dry'
and it will lock in that moisture.
Before
taking a bath with oils or other skin softening products, do a
dry salt rub or use a dry loofa to remove off dry skin and to
allow the product to work better. (see below for salt and sugar
rub recipes.)
